✨ Teen Reset Circles (Ages 13–17) ✨
A gentle 4-week wellbeing journey designed to help teens slow down, switch off and reconnect with themselves during a busy and often overwhelming stage of life.
These Friday evening circles offer a calm, supportive space away from school pressures, social media and expectations — a chance to breathe, reflect and simply be.

💛 Building confidence, self-kindness & emotional tools
Each session is 90 minutes and follows a gentle, predictable structure.
There is no pressure to share — this is not therapy, but a nurturing wellbeing space.
📍 Fridays | 4-week block
💷 £18 per session | £65 block booking (block booking recommended)

I’m hosting a small, calm mindset workshop where you’ll create your own positive affirmation flash cards — filled with quotes, gentle prompts, confidence reminders and supportive tasks that feel aligned to you.
This is a guided, relaxed class — no pressure to be creative and no sharing unless you want to. Just time to slow down, reflect and create something meaningful you can use daily.

A children’s vision board workshop encouraging positive thinking & self-belief
I’m so excited to introduce Dream Big, Little One — a fun, creative and uplifting workshop designed to help children explore their dreams, build confidence and create their very own vision board for the year ahead 🌈
This session offers a calm, supportive space where children can express themselves freely through creativity, imagination and gentle intention-setting — all while having fun!
🗓 Sunday 8th February
⏰ 12–2pm
👧🧒 Ages 6–11
✨ What’s included:
• Guided vision board creation
• Encouraging positive thinking & self-belief
• All materials provided
• Music and a fun, relaxed atmosphere
• Juice, water and crisps/snacks available throughout

This workshop is all about dreams, creativity and confidence — with no pressure, no comparison and lots of encouragement. Children will leave with a vision board they can take home and feel proud of 💫
