The first session is always the most nerve-wracking. It’s a new place, new faces and stepping outside your comfort zone can be scary.
My job isn’t just to teach hair—it’s to make sure every single one of these girls feels safe, welcome and comfortable from the minute they walk through the door. 💕
If that means playing silly games, doing ice breakers or having a wee laugh together before we even pick up a brush, then that’s exactly what we’ll do. By the end of the session, everyone knows we’re all in it together. 🫶
Today we made a brilliant start, and I’m already so excited to watch these girls grow in confidence, learn new skills and hopefully discover a real passion for the industry over the next 6 weeks. ✨
