Today is International Women’s Day, and throughout March it’s also Endometriosis Awareness Month raising awareness for a condition that affects 1 in 10 women.

Today we’re proud to be supporting the incredible athletes competing at the Wales Strongest Woman event by donating vouchers for the competitors’ goodie bags.

After many years of watching netball, and treating players, I am excited to announce that with securing new clinic space in Penarth, I can now offer physiotherapy to players.

Transitioning from Dressage to Archery is no small feat, but Vicky’s dedication, hard work, and determination have truly paid off. Watching her succeed fills us with pride, and we’re so pleased to have such an inspiring athlete as part of our community.

Here at Beyond Physiotherapy we treat athletes that take part in a wide variety of sports as well as horse riders.
Now that we have premises in Penarth you can be treated in a clinic offering all the comforts of a traditional clinic.

What an amazing first day at our new Penarth home
We kicked off with an afternoon of riders, followed by our very first on-the-ball class and it did not disappoint.

I absolutely love running these sessions and can’t wait to build them. Classes will soon be split into beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, with only 3 riders per class so everyone gets true one-to-one attention. We focus on solid foundations first, then progress safely into more challenging work.
