🤍 An Important Update for My Clients 🤍

I just wanted to give everyone an update regarding my appointment diary, as I know a lot of you have been asking.

Unfortunately, despite my best efforts, I have been unable to recover my previous Booksy diary. I have tried everything possible, including communicating directly with stoked, sharing Booksy emails explaining what is required to retrieve the information, and even reaching out through family and mutual contacts in the hope of resolving the situation. Sadly, despite all of this, I have received no response, which means there is currently no way for me to access my old appointments.

This has been incredibly upsetting, not only for me but also for many of my clients. Starting a completely new diary from scratch has caused so much inconvenience, uncertainty and unnecessary stress for everyone involved.

As many of you know, I brought my own clientele with me when I started there, so naturally I believed I would always have access to my own appointment records. Losing that information has had a huge impact on my business and my livelihood. As a self-employed hairdresser and a single mum of two, this isn’t just an inconvenience—it’s my income and how I provide for my children.

If you had an appointment booked with me and haven’t already messaged me, please could you send me your appointment date and time if you know it? Every message helps me rebuild my diary. Thank you to everyone that has already done this, it’s been a massive help.

I’d also really appreciate it if you could spread the word. If you know anyone who was a client of mine but isn’t on social media, please let them know that I’m no longer based at stoked hair company and that from 6th July I’ll be welcoming everyone to Bella Forte Lounge, 99 Hendre Road, Pencoed. 🤍

The support you’ve all shown over the past few weeks has honestly meant the world to me. Thank you for your patience, your kind messages and for sticking by me while I rebuild. I can’t wait to welcome you all into our beautiful new salon.

We are beyond excited to announce that Leanne and I (Georgina) are opening our very own salon – BELLA FORTE 🤍

From 6th July, Bella Forte will be opening its doors in Pencoed, offering all aspects of hair services and beauty treatments under one roof. ✂️💇‍♀️💅✨

This is more than just a salon to us – it’s the result of years of hard work, dedication, and believing in ourselves. We couldn’t have done it without the incredible support we’ve received from our clients, friends, family, and everyone who has been part of our journey.

To every person who has sat in our chair, recommended us, supported us, and believed in us – thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your loyalty and encouragement have helped turn our dream into reality, and we are so grateful.

We can’t wait to welcome both familiar and new faces into Bella Forte and create a space where everyone can relax, feel pampered, and leave feeling their absolute best.

📲 Our Booksy booking system will be going live very soon! We are currently waiting for our GDPR client data transfer to be completed, which may take up to 30 days. As soon as bookings are open, we’ll let everyone know straight away.
