September is here and it has come around very quickly! How do you feel about September? I really love autumn and embrace the slowness of dark nights.

This is a little tongue in cheek as at times we can all struggle with loving ourselves! I hope you find sometime on a Sunday to show yourself some love. I’m going to give myself a little pamper tonight and make a body oil with rose and lavender essential oils. These two oils are relaxing and calming, perfect for a good nights sleep!
