NATIONAL SUNSCREEN DAY ☀️

Today is national sunscreen day to help raise awareness around sun safety. Here are a few top tips:

☀️ Apply Generously: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher.

☀️ Reapply Often: Apply at least 15-30 minutes before going outside and reapply every two hours, or immediately after swimming or sweating.

☀️ Seek Shade: Avoid the strongest midday sun, typically between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

☀️ Cover Up: Wear protective clothing, broad-brimmed hats, and UV-blocking sunglasses.

☀️ Check Your Skin: Regularly check for new or changing moles and consult a doctor if anything looks abnormal.
