How to spatchcock a chicken in under 30 seconds! 🍗✂️
If you’ve never butterflied a bird before, grab a good pair of shears and give this a go. It cuts down your roast time and keeps the meat super tender and juicy!
Ingredients:
1 Whole Chicken
Olive Oil (Colavita)
Paprika & Garlic Granules
Rosemary, Thyme & Oregano
Salt & Black Pepper
1 Lemon (halved)
1 Garlic Bulb (halved)
Red Onions
Quick Tip: Cover with foil to cook through, then pop the foil off for the last 15–20 minutes to crisp up that skin! 🔥

Could you have handled Mick's meat, nobody completed it.
As you know we don't eat out a lot but the fam wanted to try somewhere different, piko bello in Crieff was chosen and it did not disappoint.
Left the background for now as the client may want to extend this at a later date.
