Starting next weekend, I’ll be opening my diary for 1 Saturday a month.
These appointments won’t be available to book online and will be offered as a closed diary, primarily for those looking to commit to regular monthly sessions. This is especially ideal for new clients who haven’t been able to secure an appointment due to availability, or for existing clients who have recently been on the waiting list.

Bitter sweet goodbyes, 4 years as a football physio 🫶🏼⚽️
The away trips, the wins, the losses, the injuries and the antics along the way… Memories I’ll not forget in a hurry!
It’s been a privilege to work with so many amazing people and be part of moments that mean so much. Thank you to everyone who made my time within football so enjoyable, couldn’t have asked for better teams to work with 🫶🏼
All good things must come to an end, but I’ve loved every single second of this journey. Grateful for it all. All the best to the boys next season❤️

One year at 💫
It’s crazy how fast time flies when you’re surrounded by the right people. This past year has been full of growth, opportunities, and moments that have pushed me both personally and professionally.
Grateful for every client who trusts me, every challenge that’s helped me level up, and most importantly the friendships that have come from being part of this space. The support, the laughs, and a happy place for me and my family. have built something special here 🫶🏼
