One of the biggest myths I hear is that sunshine or warm temperatures can “melt” your Botox. The good news? Heat won’t affect your results once your treatment is complete.

For the first 24 hours after treatment, it’s best to avoid excessive heat such as saunas, steam rooms, hot yoga, and intense exercise to help minimise swelling and allow the product to settle.

After that, you can enjoy your summer plans as normal while your Botox works its magic. ✨
