What's better than an award?

I recently received an award from Fresha (my booking app) as a highly recommended business!

Not all hair loss solutions are equal. And sometimes bad experiences can ruin all confidence in the options being right for you.

And unfortunately, it's something I've seen before.
But here at Elegance, I'm all about restoring your confidence in the options available, and your confidence in yourself too.

A lady visited me with a system previously fitted in a salon located in London.
It was a form of mesh integration using a top hair closure and wefts. I carried out the initial consultation and matched up her hair colour.

On inspection of her hair I couldn't clearly see how it was attached - a mesh integration is generally stitched on the perimeter of the closure whereas this was stitched, although not very securely, and then had micro ring attachments underneath the closure using the extension hair and the customers own natural hair - this I have never seen before!

It was very difficult to try and find all the stitches and to find all the extension rings as they had been in for quite a long time so the customers natural hair had got tangled together.
It took me nearly 2 hours to just take the closure and wefts away from the hair, trying to cause as little damage to the hair as possible.

I then applied a brand new hair closure piece and wefts using a breathable lace base that is securely attached to the customer's natural hair with no damage and no weight.
The closure was stitched on the perimeter and medical grade and skin safe tape was used at the front.

This new system renewed my customers confidence and self esteem with all her lovely long locks! Knowing that her natural hair is safe and protected in the correct manner underneath the system.
