As I say goodbye to my final students and reflect on my time as founder and principal of Burghley Academy, I am reminded of how far it has come.
Starting as a seed of an idea in 1989, it grew roots and a name in Burghley Road before branching out into Cumbergate, Keebles Chambers and finally St.Peters House where it is entering a new phase.
Throughout the years it has been my pleasure, and a real joy to be party to so many individual journeys to qualifying as beauty therapists, hairdressers, teachers, assessors and IQAs our industry can be proud of.

⭐️ CONGRATULATIONS to Ella ⭐️

Having completed her NVQ level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy AND Aromatherapy, Ella has now gone on to achieve VTCT Level 3 Reflexology 👣

This qualification requires many hours of revision, homework, practice, assessments and 100 case studies to be achieved! We are super proud of Ella and all she’s done in her time at Burghley Academy 🤩

We look forward to following her journey as she begins her career.

⭐️ CONGRATULATIONS to Sarah ⭐️

Fully qualified VTCT Level 3 Reflexology 👣

Sarah joined us initially for an advanced massage course to enhance her massage skills. She then joined Tina to begin her reflexology journey.

Many hours of dedicated study, homework, revision, assessments and 100 case studies (!) were completed to achieve this high level qualification 👏🏼

It was a pleasure to have Sarah with us at Burghley 😊

Sarah was expertly guided and mentored by Tina (as one of her last students!) 🥰

⭐️ CONGRATULATIONS to Ella ⭐️

Having completed NVQ level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy, Ella was not done learning and began working towards advanced level 3 qualifications. She is now a fully qualified Aromatherapist 👏🏼

A lot of theory, oil knowledge, case studies and homework has gone into achieving this certificate and we are super proud 😊
