CANCELLATION POLICY

As many of you know my little business is my sole income.
Late cancellations and 'no-shows' result in a loss of earnings and may prevent me from continuing my business in the future.
I now run a 24 hour cancellation/ reschedule policy. I hope you understand and ask you to please respect my time.

Can I just remind people that there is a cancellation policy in place, and no shows and 10 minute cancellations prior to treatment is unacceptable . Work preparation for your arrival begins hours before. Please give 24 hours notice , or 50% of treatment price will be charged. Thank you .
