Hey guys just a quick note to remind you that if you require an appointment for December to call soon, availability is running out quickly thanks Emilio x❤️

Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving sufficient notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

A cancellation fee will apply under the following circumstances:

To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Booking Fees:

For cutting services, a £20 booking fee is required at the time of booking. For colour services, a £35 booking fee is required. These fees will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please remember that the booking fee is non-refundable if notice is not given at least 48 hours in advance. Only in extreme circumstances management may waver the cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding🙂
