SALON GUIDELINES COVID-19

Beauty by Claire reopening

I’m super excited to be reopening on Monday 13th July, and look forward to welcoming you back.

We’ve been busy risk assessing and there will be some changes as you’d expect.

To ensure the safety of us all, I’ve put together some guidelines, with the help of the government and our professional beauty institutes.

~ I have completed COVID 19 infection control courses in order to keep us all as safe as possible.

~ There will be a gap between appointments to enable me to change PPE and cleanse and sterilise work areas and equipment before each salon guest.

~ Please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, the waiting area is not in use at the moment, so please wait in your car or outside, I will either text you or come and get you at your appointment time.

~ Hand sanitiser will be available, please use on arrival.

~ Clients are not required to wear a mask, but please do so if you wish. I will be wearing PPE.

~ Please attend your appointment alone where possible.

~ If you or anyone in your household are unwell, showing any signs of COVID-19 including a dry cough or temperature, or have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive, I kindly ask you to rearrange your appointment with as much notice as possible.

~ Card payments preferred but cash is accepted

~ For the time being we will not be providing refreshments or magazines, but please feel free to bring your own.

~ I’ve missed you all so much and can’t wait to see you, but sadly we are a no hug zone.

~ This is all new to us too, so please bear with us whilst we get used to our new working environment, we may get things wrong, but we are trying our best whilst operating in the safest way possible.
