What NOT to do after your laser hair removal sessions

Following the correct aftercare is crucial to getting the best results from your treatments

❌AVOID❌
Hot baths and showers - 48hrs
Sun exposure / fake tan / sun beds 2weeks
Exercise - 48hrs
Waxing / tweezing / hair removal cream - these cannot be used at any point with laser hair removal - shaving is the only hair removal method

Wear loose clothing
Keep the areas cool
Apply laser aid for 5 days twice a day to help cool the skin
5 days later, use the glycolic scrub 2/3 times a week, to help the hairs to shed
Avoid the sun for 2 weeks minimum
Apply SPF daily
