Today I had a FIRST EVER positive aspiration during a lip filler treatment — and it’s exactly why I never skip aspirating before injecting. And I have been doing lips for many, many years🤯.
Yes, it takes longer, but patient safety should always come first!

❌What does that mean?
A positive aspiration means the needle or cannula may be inside a blood vessel. Injecting filler in that situation can lead to serious complications, including vascular occlusion, tissue necrosis, and in rare cases even blindness if the filler travels through blood vessels.
Thankfully, aspiration today allowed me to stop before injecting 🙏🏼

Dissolved and refilled. Final effect 🥹

Sometimes clients come to me worried because their lip filler has migrated slightly and they feel the only option is to dissolve everything.

But that’s not always the case.

In some situations, instead of dissolving straight away, we can carefully reshape the lips and work with what is already there to improve the contour, balance and overall look. When done properly and conservatively, the result can still be beautiful, soft and very natural.
Every set of lips is different, which is why a proper consultation and honest advice are always the most important part of any treatment.
Remember: not every migrated filler needs to be dissolved immediately. Sometimes a skilled correction can make a lovely difference.

This project is very close to my heart.

When I first spoke about creating a space where women could trust me to guide them through a personalised aesthetic journey, I didn’t know who would be brave enough to take on the challenge. I was looking for someone who would trust the process, trust my experience, and allow me to choose the procedures that I believed would be most beneficial at each stage.
And this incredible woman said yes❤️

Our journey began in November, with a very delicate lip enhancement designed to soften and reduce smoker’s lines while keeping everything natural and elegant.

In December, we continued with non-surgical blepharoplasty using plasma arc, focusing on tightening the eyelid area and softening fine wrinkles.

After that, we performed a 15% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) peel to improve skin texture, stimulate regeneration, and brighten the complexion.
Most recently, we worked on facial structure and support, placing filler in the mid-cheek and cheekbone area to restore volume and create beautiful, natural contour.

When you look at the before and after photos, the transformation is incredible. Not because we changed her face—but because we refreshed, lifted, and restored what was already beautiful.

And the best part?

This is not the end of our journey.
This project is about patience, trust, and working step by step to achieve the best possible results.
