Just gentle reminder that massage cannot be done on sunburnt skin. Not only is it a local contraindication, but it really hurts! I can work on other areas of the body, but if you need a neck treatment and your neck is a bit crispy, you'll need to let the sunburn settle before I can treat you.

It's not often that I have to put out this message, but it has definitely been an issue this week.
