Just a quick reminder to anyone who has appointments booked in. If at any point you can’t make your appointment PLEASE if you can, let me know. Even a message ‘can’t come sorry’ or something. This is my job, it’s how I pay bills and support my daughter and put food on the table. I understand things come up, I’m not a robot but when you don’t turn up to an appointment I loose money and it’s too short notice to fill the slot. I even turned away someone wanting nails done because said person was due for the appointment so not only have I lost out on £30 for the original appointment, add onto that £35 I could of got for fitting in a walk in that I turned away only to of lost out on more money.
