I’m delighted to announce that my new online booking system is now live, making it even easier to book your appointments at your convenience.

There are just a few final touches being added behind the scenes, and I’ll share an update on my story as soon as everything is fully complete.

I’m also excited to introduce a selection of new treatments, which are now available to view and book through the system.

For the best booking experience, I would highly recommend downloading the Booksy app, allowing you to keep my booking system at your fingertips and manage your appointments with ease.

Please note that all online bookings require a booking fee to secure your appointment. Once your appointment has been made, you will receive a message from me with payment details. Booking fees must be received within 24 hours of booking; otherwise, the appointment will be released and made available to other clients.

Just a little update for everyone. I am currently in the middle of changing over to a new booking system, which is taking a lot longer than expected! Alongside this, I’m also working on adding some exciting new treatments, so there’s a lot happening behind the scenes at the moment.

A little update for all my lovely clients ☁️

Due to the huge influx of messages I receive daily and weekly across multiple platforms, I’m finding it increasingly difficult to keep track of everything. As many of you know, organisation is really important to me, and constantly switching between different messaging apps is becoming overwhelming.

To help me manage this better and ensure no one gets missed, I’ll now be introducing dedicated admin days. These will be the days I respond to messages, bookings, enquiries and appointments.

I’m also trying to create a healthier work-life balance for myself. I currently work long days, often 12-hour shifts, and spend my evenings catching up on messages after getting home late. Going forward, I want to be able to switch off properly, recharge, and spend time working on exciting projects and plans that I’ve had in the pipeline for a while.

Just to clarify, I will still be taking clients on my admin days. These days aren’t days off; they are simply dedicated days where I will have blocked-out time within my schedule specifically for admin, replying to messages, managing bookings and catching up on enquiries.

This may also lead to some adjustments to my studio hours moving forward, allowing me to create dedicated time for both my clients and the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly. My aim is to provide a better service overall, ensure messages are responded to more efficiently, and make sure nobody gets overlooked.
