After discussing her concerns about her under-eye area, we decided the best course of action was not to add more filler, but to dissolve the existing tear trough filler.

💉 The filler was not my work, it had been in place for over 5 years, and had been placed very superficially. Over time this had become increasingly visible, affecting the smooth, natural appearance of the under-eye area.

Rather than simply replacing it, we chose a more regenerative approach.
