We are very reasonable and understanding with all clients. Life happens & it takes a moment to call and let us know that you are unable to attend.

As a client you receive multiple emails & text messages to remind you about your appointment & give you the option to reschedule. I get that sometimes it may slip your mind, I mean, we are only human, but a text or a call is basic manners.

Going forward, no shows, with no communication m, will not be able to book another appointment.

If you do not want your appointment, we have lots of clients who would happily take your appointment.
