Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time.
Your appointment time is the time your treatment is due to begin — not the time you’re walking through the gym doors 😅
Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to come inside, use the toilet if needed, get settled and be ready for your treatment to start on time.
As I work back-to-back with appointments, arriving late can mean that your treatment time has to be shortened so I don’t keep the next client waiting.
