Today I want to share another take on it….
When I’m describing the neck to my clients - I say it’s like an elevator for your face.
⬆️ It sends fresh, oxygen-rich blood up to the skin, muscles and even the brain.
⬇️ It allows lymphatic fluid to drain down and out of the face.
But when the neck is tight, tense, or the muscles are chronically contracted, that “elevator” slows down.
Which means:
• Dull or tired-looking skin
• Puffiness around the jaw + eyes
• Stagnant lymph
• Heaviness in the shoulders
• Headaches or mental fog
