My little business has taken a battering over the past two years and has been made worse by people literally taking the Micky out of me and my good nature… I no longer can keep this up and something has to give … please don’t book if you have no intention of attending your appointment… am a single mum trying my best to support me and my son .. so just please have this in mind before you book …

Due to last minute cancellation and no shows ..I am now changing terms and conditions when booking appointments…

From May all treatments booked will require full payment upfront …
This should be paid via bank transfer or cash in the treatment room …

All other cancellation conditions still apply …
