Simple steps to help you prepare for your wax appointment…

1. Hair length- the longer the better but no shorter than 4mm / a grain of rice
2. Prepare with a pain killer - take one an hour before your appointment, it helps
3. No caffeine, we don’t need extra stimulants in your body heightening your senses- no thank you!
4. Gentle exfoliation 24 hrs before your appointment - not on the day of otherwise your skin will be too sensitive.

Waxing in your period is totally fine,

It might feel a little spicier due to those hormones, but as long as you can wear a tampon or menstrual cup there’s no reason you cannot be waxed.

No two are identical- so stop thinking it should look a certain way!!

Everyone’s l***a is beautiful in its own way - no matter how you think it looks, it shouldn’t stop you having a wax if that’s what you want to do.
