I want to sincerely apologise for the lack of communication over the past few months from Forever Flawless. This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time behind the scenes, and I feel it’s important to be open and honest with you all.

After raising serious concerns with my landlord regarding the fire safety system at the salon not functioning correctly, I was advised that legally I could not continue operating from the premises while these issues remained unresolved. Following this, the decision has now been made that the property is being taken back.

As many of you know, Forever Flawless was not just a business to me — it was my dream, something I built with passion, hard work, and love for the industry. Having that suddenly taken away has been heartbreaking, and I’ve needed some time to process everything.

However, this is not the end for Forever Flawless. I am continuing to focus fully on my business and moving forward by offering beauty treatments and accredited training courses on a mobile basis. The positive side of this change is that with far lower overheads, I’m now able to offer much bigger discounts and more affordable prices for my clients while still providing the same professional service and high standards.

I truly appreciate every single person who has supported me, booked with me, recommended me, and stood by me during this difficult chapter. Your support means more than you know, and I’m excited to continue this journey in a new way.
