We are at Abergavenny Market today, not in our usual place though, we are tucked away inside at the bottom of the market.

We have some beautiful gifts for teachers or birthdays. We also have a brand new laundry scent Sunset Blossoms inspired by Mrs Hinch and it smells absolutely beautiful.

Sorry I’ve not been active. I’m currently stuck in an autistic burnout. Luckily the weather has been way too hot and my products won’t cope in the market so I’ve had a few more days to try and recover after my little break.

Some of you will know what autistic burnout is but many of you won’t. So I will briefly explain exactly what it is in a nutshell.

Autistic burnout is a state of intense physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion that can happen when an autistic person has been coping with more demands than they can sustainably manage. It is often caused by prolonged stress, masking autistic traits, sensory overload, social demands, life changes, illness, or simply trying to function in environments that are not a good fit. For me the main cause of this burnout is the last one. I am getting there though and will be back to normal soon.

This cottage in St David’s in West Wales is absolutely beautiful I’m sad to be leaving already it went way too fast. The cathedral and the beaches are outstanding, it’s a place of calmness. St Davids Escapes Ty’R Gan

Thank you to the owners of this beautiful property for offering their beautiful cottage for a short break. If you are looking for a holiday in Wales then St David’s is the place to go. Quiet, tranquil and classy.

In a world of chaos and autistic burnout St David’s Cathedral is a place that creates a state of calmness even if your not religious. Wales in general is beautiful but St David’s West Wales as got to be one of the most beautiful and peaceful places to visit.

We stayed in a stunning cottage over looking the Cathedral which I highly recommend for anyone that needs a break away. I will post the link in the comments.
