AP Nails

My client of 5 years has always struggled with eczema prone skin and has always been an exclusive nail biter.

We’ve dipped in and out of various products and some have worked, some haven’t. But recently we decided to go on a journey if you will, with hard gel.

I decided to stop doing acrylic on this client because the filing was too much, her skin is like paper and cracks/becomes sore so easily due to the eczema. So we needed something with the properties of the acrylic, but didn’t require as much filing, something that was more flexible yet also durable and provided enough strength to prevent biting.

If this doesn’t prove that with patience, dedication and trust creates amazing results.. i dont know what would. Wow, I’m so proud and excited to keep seeing her pretty nails ✨FLOURISH✨.

And this is why I’ll always encourage people to find independent nail techs. We are highly qualified in what we do, we are passionate, we take the time to learn new skills and research the products we use. We’ve worked our little bums off to be here..creating long lasting, beautiful sets of nails which empower women to feel confident. We’re trying endlessly to dampen down the stereotype of ‘nail techs ruin your nails’.

Being a nail tech is more than just doing nails, it’s building relationships, finding someone relatable to you, being a low key therapist..the list goes on. But THESE nails are proof that having your nails maintained DOES NOT ruin your nails, as long as you invest in someone who is passionate about what they do. These nails were a dream to work on. 🤍
