What a morning. I had to stop swimming to watch the sunrise today.

I have evening massage appointments available this week.

Sorry last post was taken down (understandable since not pretty pictures 😬) UPDATE: Doctors diagnosis was cellulitis (an infection of the skin) which, if untreated, can spread into the lymph nodes and circulatory system which is where it can become a lot more serious. This is why i wanted to say a HUGE thank you to my support team and an equally GIANT post of appreciation to all the staff at Inverness hospital. Since it was a hard decision to stop the swim when we did, but with retrospect it was 100% the right one. But, despite all of this, it was still an EPIC way to spend 50+ hours in Loch Ness, all to raise awareness for the protection and preservation of the sea kelp forests on the coast of Scotland AND YES, I’m already plotting the next adventure 🔱 Finally, I just want to say a MASSIVE thank you for all the support and kind messages I’ve received over the past 72 hours! They’ve meant SO much 🙏
