Danielle Bond Hair Design – Cancellation Policy

As a self-employed stylist, my income is dependent on my scheduled appointments. If I am unable to fill a cancelled appointment, this results in lost earnings. I kindly ask that you respect the time reserved for your booking.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur a charge of 30% of the appointment cost.
• Where a booking fee has been taken, I reserve the right to retain this in the event of less than 48 hours’ notice. However, should I be able to fill the appointment time, the deposit will be refunded.
• Card details are required at the time of booking and may be used to process any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

📢 Important Update Regarding Keratin/Brazilian Blowdry Treatments 📢

Hi everyone,

I wanted to let you know that the keratin/Brazilian Blowdry hair relaxing treatment I have been using has now been discontinued due to changes in cosmetic regulations regarding formaldehyde. Personally, I think this is a positive step forward, and it’s not a treatment I’ll miss!

The good news is that I have sourced a new keratin treatment that still offers the same fantastic smoothing and relaxing benefits, helping to reduce frizz and make hair more manageable for up to 3–4 months.

There is one important difference with the new treatment: after your appointment, your hair must be left down and cannot be washed, tied up, clipped, or tucked behind your ears for 3 days. This allows the treatment to fully develop and ensures you get the maximum benefits and longevity from the service.
