Final reveal of my declutter era šŸ‘‘āœØ

Everything has a home, everything is labelled… she is organised organised.
It’s giving fresh start, clear mind, new energy šŸ§˜ā€ā™€ļø

But honestly… thank you for following this little series šŸ¤
It’s not always easy putting yourself out there especially the more vulnerable, not-so-perfect moments for clients to see. I definitely had mixed thoughts (and a few opinions!) about whether I should even share this…

But in a world where everything is filtered and perfectly curated, I really believe it matters to show the real side too. To normalise not having everything together 100% of the time.

Now the real challenge begins…
let’s see if I can actually keep it this way šŸ˜…

(please check back in 7–10 business days)

Episode: The Drawer of Shame šŸ˜…

When the Declutter Queen came into the clinic and we reached… the drawer of shame.

You know the one. The drawer where everything gets shoved when you ā€œsort it laterā€ā€¦ except later never comes.

There was a brief moment where she opened it, looked inside, and I just stood there thinking… well this is humbling.

Absolute chaos. Cables, samples, random bits, things I didn’t even know I owned.

However… I’d like to point out that one cupboard in the clinic is thriving the coffee cupboard. Fully stocked, very well looked after. Priorities. ā˜•šŸ˜‚

Anyway… pray for the rest of the clinic while she works her magic.

Sometimes the right path finds you in the most unexpected way šŸ¤

The Declutter Queen started her career working in mental health supporting others through heavy seasons of life. But what she realised? She’s someone who needs to see things through. She needed tangible transformation. Before and after. Chaos to calm.

Meanwhile, I describe myself as a literal hurricane šŸŒŖļø No tidiness, no system just beautiful chaos. And funnily enough, her daughter is much the same.

That’s when it clicked for her…
There are so many ā€œhurricanesā€ like us who don’t lack motivation we just need support, structure, and someone who can see the bigger picture.

So she turned that insight into a business.
Helping people declutter their homes. Creating calm from overwhelm.
And getting paid to transform lives one space at a time.

There’s something powerful about doing work where you can see the difference you’ve made by the end of the day.

Sometimes clutter isn’t just clutter.

It’s postponed decisions.
Old chapters.
Versions of you that no longer fit where you’re going.

When the Declutter Queen came to reset the clinic, we didn’t just organise shelves we uncovered emotional and mental blocks that had quietly built up in this chapter of growth.

Overwhelm isn’t a failure.
It’s often a sign you’re expanding.

Creating space in your environment creates space in your mind.
And in a treatment room, energy matters.

This reset felt bigger than aesthetics.
It felt like alignment.

New space.
Clear intention.
Ready for what’s next.

When The Declutter Queen came to the clinic, she didn’t start with drawers… she started with me.

Before touching a single shelf, she asked:
How do you work?
What do you reach for most?
What feels chaotic?
What would make your day flow better?

Because organisation isn’t just about aesthetics it’s about intention.
As a holistic clinic owner, every treatment I give is guided by purpose… so it only made sense that the space behind the scenes should feel just as aligned.

This was about creating flow, calm and clarity not just tidy cupboards.

Stay tuned to see how she transformed the clinic into a space that supports the way I actually work šŸ¤

Different sensations during facial injections are not a flaw they’re information.
Your anatomy, nervous system, and lived patterns all speak during treatment.

My role is to listen, adapt, and work intentionally with what your face communicates not against it.

Relief ritual to ease Jaw tension and TMJ.

A therapeutic facial focused on easing tension held in the jaw, neck, and face. Using bivalves and gentle intra-oral release techniques, this treatment softens tight muscles, relives TMJ discomfort, and restore flow where stress is stored.

The result is lighter, more relaxed expression and skin that radiates from within.

Every Intention Facial responds in real time to what your body needs that day:
sometimes deep, grounding acupressure…
sometimes feather-light lymphatic drainage…
often a quiet conversation between both.

No forcing. No rushing.
Just listening, adjusting, and letting your system feel safe enough to release
even if that release means a post-facial loo break

Because skin doesn’t heal in isolation.
It heals when the nervous system softens, fluid flows, and the body feels heard.

When you want results — without the needles.
Non-injectable biostimulation, selected with intention and guided by skin physiology.
