A booking fee is required to secure your appointments no later than 48 hrs before your treatment. If there’s someone else inquiring and I tell them a time have available and they pay a deposit before you they’ll get the appointment. Appointments go by first come first served basis. I don’t chase people for booking fees if you don’t pay by the time frame it will automatically cancel through Fresha. Don’t think you’ve got an appointment if you didn’t secure the spot!
