Tonight me and Delilah (and all our friends) are doing the Shine 10k for my little goddaughter who heartbreakingly got diagnosed with Leukaemia this year.
To say she’s the most beautiful, kind, decent little girl is an understatement and no words really do the enormity of this situation justice.
But through it all she (and her incredible parents) have shown a level of triumph over adversity thats truly humbling.
