NO PREVIOUS BROW WORK
Your brows are mapped and checked sitting upright before treatment begins.
Why?
Because brows move with your facial muscles. The shape needs to work when you are talking, smiling, lifting your brows and making expressions—not just when lying flat on a treatment bed.
Taking a little extra time at this stage helps create a result that feels balanced, natural and designed specifically for you.

Not every artist works the same way, and that’s okay.
Some can create beautiful work at a much faster pace than I can. This isn’t about right or wrong.
For me, taking my time is part of the process. I don’t rush shaping, consultation or treatment time because I want every client to leave knowing they were given my full attention.
The result matters, but so does the experience of creating it.
I don’t find fulfilment in fitting more clients into a day. I find fulfilment in creating work I’m proud to put my name to.

Shaping is not something I rush.
Whether it is brows or lips, the shape is the foundation of the entire treatment. It is the part that influences how everything will look, heal and age over time.
Permanent makeup can be with you for years, so I believe it deserves more than a few hurried lines on the skin.
I take time to consider your natural features, bone structure, muscle movement, skin, proportions and how the final result will sit on your face.
Does that mean everyone needs to work this way? No.
Some artists can map beautifully and accurately in a fraction of the time it takes me. I have huge respect for that.
This is simply how I work.
I have never wanted to squeeze more appointments into a day by rushing through the process. I would rather leave work feeling proud of every set of brows or lips I create than leave feeling exhausted and wondering if I could have given more.
For me, shaping is where the artistry begins. It is collaborative, considered and completely bespoke.
And that is a standard I am not willing to compromise on.

Still lusting over these brows.
The close-up shows exactly why.
Over the years, I’ve moved away from rigid patterns and “one-size-fits-all” brow designs. Every client grows hair differently, has a different brow shape, density and flow.
Rather than forcing a pre-designed pattern onto every face, I build each set around the individual.
Understanding stroke flow will always outperform memorising a pattern.
The result? Softer, more natural brows that look like they belong to the client.
So yes, I bend a few traditional rules.
But the healed results speak for themselves.

Lip blush. This technique always looks a little scary after the first session as the colour is vivid and you may get some swelling. The swelling subsides and the colour lifts slightly for your healed results.

Creating your brows isn’t just drawing round your natural shape. It’s finding balance with your natural brow, what works best for your bone structure and muscle placement.
