Client Notice: Cancellation Policy

We have resisted introducing a cancellation policy for a long time. We know all too well that things come up and it can’t always be helped. However, due to an unprecedented number of no-shows and late-notice cancellations, we need to protect our time and income.

From 1st October, any cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the planned booking. This will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made.

We are truly sorry to have to introduce this policy and thank you for your understanding. We are continually grateful for the support of our loyal clients!
