And thank you for all the messages of support, in person, that you’ve sent with your donations and also to those that messaged yesterday, I was so moved that you thought of me and took the effort to send your well wishes. I’m a lucky girl to have you all.

On Wednesday I rolled my foot on a cycle lane curb (be careful, they’re like optical illusions) and couldn’t put any weight on it at all, even had to have an xray. I genuinely thought I wouldn’t be running yesterday... but instead my foot made a miraculous recovery and I went out and knocked 25mins off my PB from 4 years ago. Fitter at 40 and all that 😆

Thanks to my foot for not letting me and everyone else down 🫡🦶

Instead of a generic ‘Happy 15th Birthday to the business’ pic…..this year I thought….wow! 15 Years! That’s a long time! Let’s see if I can find a pic of me when I first started the business.

Well lovely people…..it seems it was so long ago that my phone photos don’t even go back that far 😂 so you’ll have to put up with a pic of me a year into having the business.

I am so thankful to all of you! A lot of you have been with me since those early days, so much so that I’ve seen your children grow up or grandchildren come into the world. It’s been an honour and long may it continue ❤️ Thank you for all your support and loyalty, it really does mean the world.

Hopefully I don’t look too different 🙈 I’ll put that down to you guys being so fabulous that I’ve lived a perpetual stress free life for the last 15 years 😆
