Myself and the lovely Nicola of Bellwood Therapies are organising Swansea East Heath and Happiness Day which will take place at The Swansea Mercure Hotel, Llansamlet on the 14th November.

We're inviting local businesses, practitioners and wellbeing-focused organisations to join our event which is designed to inspire, uplift, and connect people with services that support health and wellbeing.

We would love to feature a wide variety of products and services that support healthy living.

Today's mission: unpacking parcels, sorting goodies, and putting together some lovely gift sets. 📦✨

There's something so satisfying about seeing everything arrive and getting orders ready to head out to their new homes.

From Friday 12th June, I'll be there every other Friday offering relaxing treatments in this lovely new space. 💆‍♂️
