☀️ A Little Summer Update ☀️

With the current hot weather, I’ve decided to temporarily pause Hot Stone Massage treatments for the next few weeks.

My treatment room is lovely and cosy, but during high temperatures it can become too warm, even with a fan running. Your comfort and wellbeing are always my priority, and I want every treatment to be as relaxing as possible.

All other treatments will continue as normal, and I’ll be bringing Hot Stone Massage back as soon as the weather cools down.

Welcome! If this is your first visit, here’s everything you need to know before your appointment.

✨ Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete a consultation form if you haven’t already.

✨ Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level, and you will be professionally draped throughout your treatment. Only the area being worked on will ever be uncovered.

✨ We’ll have a quick chat before we begin about your health, any injuries, areas of tension, and what you’d like to get from your treatment.

✨ You’re welcome to talk during your massage, or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet—it’s completely your choice.

✨ Please drink plenty of water afterwards and allow yourself some time to relax. Mild tenderness after a deep tissue massage can be perfectly normal.

✨ If you’re feeling unwell, have a fever, sickness, or a contagious illness, please let me know as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.

Most importantly… there’s no need to feel nervous. My aim is to make you feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for from the moment you arrive.
