Happy Tuesday folks....

Ready for this new week....I'm feeling very accomplished after stoically 'cracking on' last week through that heat...

I passed my Caci non surgical facelift, rejuvenation facial & hand treatment assessment...

I've had a relaxing & restorative weekend (well I did do a 10k race but I didn't hammer it) & spent hours yesterday in nature foraging for whimberries....feeling truly present & connected....

Actions & values that align bring a sense of pride & satisfaction....

May I bring this feeling to the rest of my week....
