With Christmas being such a busy time of year in the social calendar, we have extended our opening hours for the lead up to Christmas. It’s nearly Christmas! We appreciate that it is your (and our) busiest time of year so here is some guidance for your visit to make it more enjoyable and smoother.

We will be operating on a Booking AND Walk in service.

BOOKING
If you would like to book an appointment then we require a £5 cash deposit at the time of booking, (which will be contributed to your service). This is only from 10th - 24th December 2021 – Please pop in to our Portchester Salon to make a deposit or call us if you would like further information.

WALK INS
Not sure on where you’ll be or when you’d like to get your nails done? No problem! We welcome Walk Ins also on any time of day and we will open until late to make sure we fit you in. You can call up on the day and we will give you an estimated time, or simply walk in, sit and wait and enjoy a coffee. Don’t worry it is a guaranteed service.

We hope you all have been staying safe and well. After the Government’s announcement we would like to welcome you back in to the salon from Monday 12th April. We are now taking bookings by telephone or/and text

Please make an appointment to avoid disappointment and help maintain social distancing

Here are a few simple steps to ensure your visit helps maintain safety for yourself, others and the staff

Please note from 12th April - 21st June we can only offer Gel Colour with Extensions/Infills/Pedicure/Manicure, once things are back to ‘normal’ we can use normal colour again

Whilst we have always maintain a high standard of hygiene we have implemented products to help aid us in maintaining a safe and enjoyable visit

Here are some rules that will take place:

We will be limiting to four customers in the salon at one time and ask you to attend appointments alone

Please make an appointment to avoid overcrowding and arrive on time (walk ins and same day appointments are still welcome providing there are availability)

Waiting areas are only for clients receiving treatment with an appointment

Please wash your hands/use the sanitisers provided as soon as you have enter the salon

Please try to have gel colours with your treatment as this will be shorter on drying time but don’t worry if not as there is a separate drying area. (From 12th April - 21st June Gel colours only)

If you display symptoms of Covid-19 or feel unwell please do not attend and reschedule your appointment

The World Health Organization (WHO), have advised face masks should be worn in public to help stop the spread of coronavirus, please wear a mask or anything to cover your mouth (scarf, cloth etc)

Dear Customers

Following the Government Announcement, Hampshire will be entering Tier 4 from Boxing Day (26th December 2020), meaning non essential shops are to close. Therefore we regret to inform you that we will be closing until further notice.

We will continue to monitor government guidelines and will update you

If you have paid a deposit between 29th and 31st December please call when we reopen and we can move your appointment or refund your deposit

Unfortunately we will NOT be open on Monday 6th July after the Government announcement was made today (Tuesday 23rd June)

Although hairdressers will be allowed to open:
‘Nail bars and beauty salons, in addition to spas and tattoo parlours, have not yet been given the go-ahead to reopen’
