30 minute deep tissue remedial massage for ONLY £20

What can you expect from me?

✔ All high-risk surfaces including door handles, massage couch, face/ head cushion, leg bolster and toilet facilities will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before each treatment.

✔ The massage couch will be covered by disposable paper only, with disposable face-hole covers too. These will be changed after each treatment. The toilet facilities will also have no hand towel, but disposable paper towels instead.

✔ All towels will be fresh, as usual, and will be washed at the highest temperatures.

✔ Antibacterial gel will be available to you on arrival and exit and I shall be following strict washing and sanitising procedures of my hands and arms.

✔ In compliance with government guidelines, I shall be wearing a disposable face mask (changed after each treatment), as well as a full-face, perspex covering which will be cleaned and sanitised between each treatment. I advise all patients to wear a mask of their own during your treatment, from arrival to exit, and I will have disposable masks available to purchase on arrival for £1.

✔ Please go to the toilet at home BEFORE your appointment, where possible, to minimise the use of in-house facilities.

❌ I shall NOT be doing any head or face massages at this time.

❌ I shall no longer be working in Portchester, due to that site not being suitable for conforming to government guidelines regarding COVID-19. All treatments will now take place at the studio in Southsea.

❌ If you are unwell, please stay at home and notify me before your treatment time

As I'm sure that you can appreciate, missed appointments and last-minute cancellations is time that cannot be easily re-allocated and is therefore a loss of potential income.

Due to quite a few recent last-minute cancellations and missed appointments, I regrettably feel the need to impose charges related to these, which are as follows:

❌ Missed appointments - 100% of treatment fee.

❌ Cancellations made within 24hrs of appointment time - 50% of treatment fee.

Yes, it's the moment your tired, lockdown-weary muscles have been waiting for........ TIME FOR US TO REOPEN!!!!!!!

In line with government advice regarding the containment of Covid-19 and to help safeguard our patients and the wider community, we here at have decided to close temporarily, until the immediate health concerns over the virus have subsided and until such time as reopening is deemed safe by medical experts and government.

During this time of uncertainty and anxiety, I would like to extend the hand of friendship and compassion to anyone that is struggling with this experience and offer a friendly ear to those that need.

With regard to my patients, please DO NOT SIT IDLY BY and let lethargy and demotivation take hold. KEEP MOVING, KEEP STRETCHING, KEEP MANIPULATING THE MUSCLES THAT YOU CAN REACH.
