Closing the Summer Chapter ☀️🌸

Our two weeks at the beautiful summer pop-up in the heart of Notting Hill have come to a close ✨ Honestly, being able to offer Nourishing Mama in person, share conversations, and connect face-to-face has felt so magical. This was our last pop-up until December, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful way to close out the summer 🥰

A huge thank you to everyone who came by, supported, and showed love, you’re the reason I do this! Thank you to Monica for curating such a gorgeous space, and to all the other incredible traders I got to share it with. I feel so grateful for the energy, the support, and the community these past two weeks have given me. Truly the sweetest ending to summer 🌸

But just because the pop-ups are done for now, doesn’t mean we’ve gone quiet online… 👀 We’ve got some surprises coming your way over the next few weeks…think giveaways, sales, and maybe even a new product just in time for winter. Happy Mental Health Awareness Week Lovelies 💖

This week’s reminder: You matter too.
Your rest, your peace, your presence..it’s all sacred✨

I know that for me, this week needs to really be about slowing down, even though it’s been the busiest time of my life and it hasn’t stoped! Between prepping for the biggest fair I’ve ever done, raising my girls, running Nourishing Mama, and just trying to stay on top of everything… it’s a lot mate.

But one thing I don’t want to do is burn out. I don’t want to be so busy building everything that I miss being present for the people that matter most: my children, my partner, my family, and my friends.

So more than for you, this post is a reminder to myself, to pause, breathe, and trust that God’s got me. My hard work will pay off. I just need to remember to enjoy the journey, not just the destination 🌼🌿

This week is going to be beautiful and hot ☀️ let’s use it. Take a walk, sit under a tree, eat lunch in the sunshine, stretch in the garden. Let nature hold you for a moment. Even just a few minutes outside can shift your whole mood.
