1. So here’s a catch up since I last posted!!
2. She’s here!!!!! My beautiful baby girl, Adalyn Jean Bracken, 8.13 lbs, 19th may 💕
3. Started slow walks after recovering from a c section. It’s nice to be able to move freely again.
4. I did my nails!!! They were very much over due an infill and far too long!!!! Iv gone squoval as a more baby friendly shape!!!
5. Tried to spend time with Cayden as well which is hard when she needs me constantly but he had a lovely time at my brothers in the hot tub whilst we had a family bbq!
6. Had our first bbq at home of the summer!!!

Iv also started a new website (thanks to my friend Lucy, I’m the most computer illiterate person ever!) so I’m hoping to show you all that soon!
I’m back at work in August and I’m very much looking forward to seeing you all! Booksy is still online and il be where I was previously in the podiatrist Knott end.

Last note, there will be a price increase before I return it’s been a long while since Iv done one and it unfortunately needs to happen with the constant rise of products and over heads. Il do a separate post with my new dates at the salon and the new prices.

Who still loves acrylic? So many people loving builder gel these days, who’s staying faithful to the old school sets?

2. Serving my country and travelling the world is hands down the best thing iv ever done. ⚓️ I joined as a communicator and then transferred to be a Physical Trainer.
3. I love tattoos. And I don’t regret a single one, life’s for living not for regrets! I’m not scared of being old with tattoos 😂
4. I’m 42 in June and I’m having my second child. I don’t feel too old, if anything I feel more balanced and calm at this age and more prepared for a baby than I did at 24.
5. 12 years to be exact! I didn’t like it at first and I was worried what people may think. But it keeps me young and it sometimes bugs me that if it was the man that was older it’s not noticed as much!!! However I don’t even notice or think about the age gap now.
6. Vislas are a crazy ass dog. And thankfully Angus has about 90% responsibility of him ha. He’s actually amazing and the most loving dog but they are highly energetic and very strong! 1/10 on the lead lol.
7. I’m not always keen to bang on about this. I hate the woe is me attitude and I feel so blessed to have Cayden as my son. I couldn’t live without him. A pet peeve is when people say they have ‘a touch of the ‘tism’ like it’s a fashion thing now. No you don’t, Actual autism is hell. It’s not a quirk.
8. I have done 3 marathons, 3 Hyrox’s and loads of other challenges. I love it! And you do not have to be the fittest in the world either! Just giving something a go and completing it is an amazing feeling.
