You always see after photos but I think it’s good to see healed results too to set realistic expectations.

Swelling after lip filler. What’s normal?⬇️

Swelling is a completely normal part of the healing process and usually peaks within the first 24-48hours.

Here’s what to expect:

🖤 Mild to moderate swelling (especially the morning after)
🖤 One side may swell more than the other
🖤 Small lumps that usually settle as swelling goes down.

By two weeks, most, if not all of the swelling will be gone showcasing your new lips 👄

This client came to me with migrated filler, overly filled borders, and a visible lump on the lower lip. She wasn’t quite ready to dissolve, so instead, we focused on subtle correction.

By working within the body of the lips (and avoiding the borders as much as we could), we were able to rebuild shape, add balanced height, and soften the overall look — without overfilling.

It’s all about restoring harmony and giving lips a smoother, more flattering shape ✨
