Join me for a Mama & Baby Relaxation Morning, a gentle monthly pause created to support mums in slowing down, resting and feeling held in a calm, welcoming space.

These sessions are for mums and babies aged around 6 weeks to pre-crawling and take place on the last Thursday of each month. There’s no pressure, no expectations and nothing you need to prepare for. Just time to arrive as you are and be together.

We’ll spend time resting with gentle sounds and calming instruments, helping to create a soothing environment for both mum and baby. Babies are welcome to be exactly as they are, feeding, wriggling, sleeping or crying. Whatever they need in that moment is completely okay.

Mums can choose to receive either a head massage or Reiki during the session. This is always optional and offered simply as a way to support relaxation and ease tension.

We’ll finish with a tea or coffee included in your ticket and unhurried time to sit, chat and connect with other mums, or to enjoy a quiet moment to yourself if that feels right for you.
