It is with great sadness that we share the heartbreaking news that our wonderful friend and colleague, Ria Machell, passed away on Thursday.

Ria was the heart and soul of our little salon. She was kind, caring, and loved with her whole heart. If Ria considered you a friend – and she truly considered every one of her clients to be just that – you knew wholeheartedly how much you meant to her.

She was a force to be reckoned with and, quite simply, one of the greatest women we have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Her kindness, warmth, and infectious laugh touched so many lives, and we will miss her more than words can say.

We kindly ask you to bear with us over the coming weeks as we navigate this incredibly difficult time. That being said, Ria wouldn't want us to stay sad. She would want us to remember all the good times, the laughter we shared, and the wonderful outlook on life that she had. She was, quite simply, the very best.
Our hearts go out to everyone who knew and loved her.

We will be welcoming you into the salon as normal for your appointments, but we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. If you need a cuddle or a cry, that's absolutely okay—we're all grieving together. We are still incredibly busy, but in true Ria style, we will do our very best to make sure you leave our salon with a smile on your face.
