Sometimes, it's better to say no...

Occasionally, a patient comes in and asks for a treatment that's not suitable for them, and I'll always say no.

Why? Because patients don't assess their faces the way I do, and they don't necessarily think of the longer term impact.

I'll always act in my patient's best interests, even if that means telling them no.
