Let me introduce myself properly

I’m Sarablue, the face behind Opalite Retreat, a peaceful cabin space created to slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

With over 18 years in the beauty and wellness industry, my background combines advanced skin and body therapies with a degree in Physiology of Ageing and a professional qualification in Teaching. This allows me to take a truly holistic approach understanding how the skin, body, and mind evolve over time, and how to care for them with intention and balance.

I specialise in treatments that blend results with relaxation from HIFU skin tightening and advanced facials, to aromatherapy massage and so much more tailored to support your emotional and physical wellbeing.

The cabin is more than just a treatment space, it’s a sanctuary where you can pause, breathe, and feel completely cared for.
