Why I do what I do..🤎

Im Natalie, the face behind Restore & Heal to anyone who is new.

My passion has always been simple to create a safe, welcoming space where women can prioritise themselves without guilt. Somewhere to unwind, recharge and invest in their wellbeing.

For over 10 years, I’ve dedicated myself to learning and developing treatments that deliver real results, with a special focus on the incredible benefits of the lymphatic system.

When I’m not in my little space, you’ll find me painting or enjoying walks with my partner and our dog, Bella.
It’s my way of switching off from the busy world and recharging something I believe we all deserve.

Remember, it’s OK to have a little you time every so often to allowed your body and mind to reconnect again, guilt free!

Restore & Heal represents everything we believe in, creating a space where women can pause, restore their confidence, heal their bodies and prioritise their wellbeing without guilt.

As women, we’re often so busy caring for everyone else that we forget to care for ourselves. Self care shouldn’t be a luxury, it’s an investment in your physical and mental wellbeing.
Taking time to unwind, recharge and feel your best isn’t selfish; it’s 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹.

Our new name reflects our mission to help you feel stronger, healthier and more confident, while reminding every woman that you deserve time for yourself.

However, with our exciting new adventure ahead, I’ve decided to delay the price increase until we officially move into our new home.

I’ve been thinking a lot about women’s health recently, including conditions such as fibromyalgia, endometriosis and menopause.

I’m considering offering more health focused massage treatments, including a 90 minute Deep Tissue Massage with full body, hands, feet and abdominal massage where appropriate.
