We can become part of our own support team by thinking of how we might be spoken to by a good friend - making all the difference when we hit rocky ground. Self kindness isn’t limited to reaching a desired destination- it’s how we look after ourselves on the road.
It can help to place your hand on your heart and softly silently acknowledge….

Yes it’s just a sky - but it’s a sun in the sky !
I went for a walk today after my last client - with a purpose to go to a local organic food shop - it meant I had a reason to walk there.
When I got there it was closed and I smiled because I realised how often we (I) do things that have to have a purpose!
On my way home I walked more slowly and mindfully appreciating the sky and the clean cold air.
I think there is a wise saying about it’s not the destination it’s the journey that matters 🙏

My crystals got a lunar recharge last night and look stunning with ice this morning! Happy New Year everyone- ready to make the most of this fresh start!

My work is always varied which makes it so interesting. I thought I should spend some time highlighting the various aspects of my services.
As a Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner - I offer help to clients with a wide variety of scars. From recovering cancer patients - mastectomy or lumpectomy and scar lines from ports, across the chest or in the arm pit.
I have also helped clients post knee and hip replacements. I have worked on wrists and feet too.
The treatment is gentle, non invasive and effective in bringing relief to tight skin and a reduction in the sensation of pain.
By showing my clients how to do this they often don’t need that many treatments from me before they are able to continue to help themselves to maintain and improve the feelings around the scar. It’s very rewarding! 😊
